Look What We're Studying

As the weather gets a little warmer, we are looking forward to spending more time outside with all God's creation.  Before spring officially arrives, we will be learning more about some of the smaller creatures He created.  These include spiders, ladybugs and caterpillars. 

The children will also compare different types of seeds and plant some of them.  It will be fun to see which ones grow the fastest.

3's--Everyone needs to bring a circle and a square item to school
4's--Everyone needs to bring "T", "U" and "V" items to school

SPECIAL DATES
March 5 - Grandparent's Day
March 9 - 3 year old class to Des Plaines Library
March 10 - Pick-up at 11:45am.
March 17 - Pick-up at 11:45am.
March 22-26 - Spring Break, No School
March 29 - Classes Resume

During Discovery Time, the children choose from many different activities.  These might include: cutting, gluing, drawing, playing house, doing puzzles, using play dough and playing games.  Some of these activities will be the same each day.  Some will change.  This is a fun time and a great learning time.  The children learn social and communication skills.
