Challenge Words:
Each spelling word is worth 10 points. Challenge words
are worth 1 point extra credit. Please have your child practice writing and saying their spelling words for five minutes
every night. Work with them after dinner and on their way to school. :)

About Mrs. Vogel - My husband, Mark, and I have been happily
together for 24 years. We have three great kids all taking Honors Classes at Lake Park High School. Our 17-1/2
year old son, Eric, is a Senior, the goalie for Varsity soccer and on Varsity Tennis, and deciding which college to
attend. Our middle son, Anton, is a Sophomore and 15, and plays JV tennis; and our daughter, Sarah, is 14 and a Freshman
and plays flute with Lake Park Marching Band (they took 2nd in State, and are ranked 16th in the nation!). This is my 5th
year teaching 1st and 2nd grade at Immanuel Lutheran School. I graduated Cum Laude with my Bachelor's Degree from Concordia
University, Chicago (River Forest) for Lutheran Early Childhood with a concentration in Psychology. I love the Lord,
and I also enjoy cooking, reading and hanging out with my family and two dogs, Max and Jaxson. You can leave me a message
